Emerging Talent Programme
Our Emerging Talent Programme has been created to give NCS students an insight into the career/s they have interest in pursuing.
To ensure it’s relevant, cutting edge and challenging, our Emerging Talent Programme has been designed in conjunction with industry and academic experts.
The Programme’s aim is to expose NCS students to the skills and knowledge required so that they are in a better position to compete for a place at a competitive university or high profile internship. It provides students with career insight days, relevant industry placements, mentoring from industry experts and our NCS mentors and alumni.
What can students expect from our Emerging Talent Programme?
Freedom to Explore Sectors
One of the greatest benefits of our Emerging Talent Programme is the way in which it allows NCS students to explore multiple career sectors and discover the realities of the workplace, the skills required to succeed and the varying routes into each industry.
