Join us at one of our upcoming sixth form open evenings for students and parents. Enjoy a tour of our historic Grade II* listed building, meet each department in their modern classrooms, learn about the subjects that you’re looking to study directly from our outstanding teachers and hear from the Principal on why The NCS is one of the best sixth forms in London and the UK for student outcomes.
Our open evening is an opportunity to find out more about our holistic A-Level education which prepares students to successfully apply to the best universities in the world and go on to lead successful careers in their chosen fields. You’ll spend time with current students and teaching staff, providing you with the perfect opportunity to ask questions and discover all you need to know about the subjects you’re interested in studying and what life at The NCS is actually like.
Every year this is an incredibly popular event. To ensure everyone has a fair chance of attending we only make tickets available much closer to the event date at which point they’ll be available on a first-come first-served basis until tickets are sold out. Make sure you register your interest in attending below in order to join the waiting list for tickets.

What to do if you only want to attend our open evening in January
If you wish to attend our open evening in JANUARY 2026 we ask you DO NOT book for our event next week. You will automatically be sent further booking information early next year.
Ignore this email and the ‘invitation to book’ email you’ll receive on Monday 24th November at 7pm.
What to do if you wish to attend our open evening NEXT THURSDAY
Booking will open for those on the waiting list on Monday 19th January at 7pm
- You will receive an email from us at 6:50pm on Monday (19th Jan) evening. This email will contain your unique booking link and booking code – please do not share. Codes are case sensitive.
- Tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis until there are none left.
To ensure our ticketing platform runs smoothly, you will have to join a queue to access our ticketing website when booking opens at 7pm.
Please do not refresh, close, switch to another tab or minimise the queue page. Those who do not leave the queue page open will be removed after three minutes of inactivity.
There may be a long wait to access the ticket page, we will keep those in the queue updated with ticket availability.
On our ticketing website you will be asked to enter your unique booking code. This will be in the email we send to you on Monday evening. Codes are case sensitive. Once entered you’ll be directed to the booking page where you will have five minutes to complete your booking.
- You will be allowed to book a maximum of two (2) tickets for one (1) timeslot. This is to ensure we can allow as many prospective students to attend as possible.
- You must book one (1) ticket for each person attending. For example, one student and one parent mean you’ll need two (2) tickets.
Know which time you wish to attend! The Principal Talk’s are scheduled to start at 5 pm, 6 pm and 7 pm. You will only be able to book for one (1) time slot and this cannot be changed once you’ve completed your booking.
- Tickets are not confirmed until checkout has been completed.
- Attempts to book over the restrictions will not complete checkout.
Once your booking is confirmed we recommend you download your ticket pdf from the confirmation page.
- Please rest assured, if you see the confirmation page and have tickets to download, your booking has been successful. We aim to send confirmation emails, however this may take up to 24 hours.
- If you’re unable to attend, please do not book tickets!
- Any duplicate orders will be cancelled.
- After your booking completes / ten minutes elapses (whichever is first), you will be returned to the queue.

This year we will be trialling the use of SMS to send out booking links alongside email. Please include your mobile number if you wish to be sent a booking link via SMS as well as email.
