NCS Finance School
The NCS Finance School was set up to provide a dedicated service to those students who aspire to enter the field of Banking and Finance once they finish their degree at a high-profile competitive university or explore degree apprenticeships with companies such as KPMG, PWC and EY to name but a few.
The NCS Finance School consists of a team of dedicated experts and is ably led by Ms Elmi.

As part of the NCS Finance School, students will receive and participate in:
- Work placements with some of the country’s leading banking and finance firms.
- Regular career insight visits to banks, accountancy firms, regulators, insurers and financial intermediaries.
- Regular workshops developing sector-specific ‘soft skills’ to ensure you are well prepared for any future interviews and job opportunities.
- Information and guidance on all the major accounting, economics and finance courses, ranging from course structure to interview style questions.
- Interview support and preparation as well as mock interviews with experts in their field.
- Workshops delivered by undergraduates studying at leading universities providing application support/advice and insight into the key topics/issues within banking and finance.
- A dedicated lecture programme delivered by high-profile guest speakers who are experts in their field.
- Routine visits by Admissions tutors to provide NCS students with information and guidance on how to make a competitive application to a high-profile university.
- Opportunities to participate in weekly events run by the Finance Society.
- Weekly Oxbridge tutorials for students applying to study at Oxford or Cambridge.
