Join us at one of our upcoming sixth form open evenings for students and parents. Enjoy a tour of our historic Grade II* listed building, meet each department in their modern classrooms, learn about the subjects that you’re looking to study directly from our outstanding teachers and hear from the Principal on why The NCS is one of the best sixth forms in London and the UK for student outcomes.
Our open evening is an opportunity to find out more about our holistic A-Level education which prepares students to successfully apply to the best universities in the world and go on to lead successful careers in their chosen fields. You’ll spend time with current students and teaching staff, providing you with the perfect opportunity to ask questions and discover all you need to know about the subjects you’re interested in studying and what life at The NCS is actually like.
Every year this is an incredibly popular event. To ensure everyone has a fair chance of attending we only make tickets available much closer to the event date at which point they’ll be available on a first-come first-served basis until tickets are sold out. Make sure you register your interest in attending below in order to join the waiting list for tickets.

What to do if you only want to attend our open evening in January
If you wish to attend our open evening in JANUARY 2025 we ask you DO NOT book for our event next week. You will automatically be sent further booking information early next year.
Ignore this email and the ‘invitation to book’ email you’ll receive on Monday 25th November at 7pm.
What to do if you wish to attend our open evening NEXT THURSDAY
Booking will open for those on the waiting list on Monday 25th at 7pm
- You will receive an email from us at 7pm on Monday (25th Nov) evening. This email will contain your unique booking link and login password.
- Tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis until there are none left. Those who are unsuccessful in booking will have the first opportunity to secure tickets to our open evening in January 2025.
- You may have to join a queue to access our ticketing website. Please do not refresh the page and wait for your turn.
- On our ticketing website you will be asked to enter your username (your registered email address) and the password provided to access the booking page.
- You will be allowed to book a maximum of two (2) tickets for one (1) time slot. This is to ensure we can allow as many prospective students to attend as possible.
- You must book one (1) ticket for each person attending. For example, one student and one parent mean you’ll need two (2) tickets.
- Know which time you wish to attend! The Principal Talk’s are scheduled to start at 5 pm, 6 pm and 7 pm. You will only be able to book for one (1) time slot and this cannot be changed once you’ve completed your booking.
- Tickets are not confirmed until checkout has been completed.
- Attempts to book over the restrictions will not complete checkout.
- Once your booking is confirmed we recommend you download your ticket pdf and/or apple wallet ticket from the website and keep it safe. They will also be emailed to you in due course.
- If you’re unable to attend, please do not book tickets!
- Any duplicate orders will be cancelled.

This week’s open evening is now fully booked. Those who were unsuccessful in getting tickets will have the first chance to book tickets for our event in January.
To help us give entry to as many people as possible, we are asking students and parents to register an interest to book a ticket for our open evening by joining the waiting list below. Further information and booking links will be sent out to those on the list in mid-January.
The waiting list will close at MIDDAY on Friday 17th January. We’ll send out booking information shortly after.
